4. Message and Data Charges: Standard Message and Data Rates May Apply. You are responsible for any messaging, data, or other charges incurred from your mobile network operator (such as Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or others). Please consult your mobile carrier for details.
5. How to Opt-In: You agree to receive SMS messages from Globixlab by providing your phone number and explicitly checking an opt-in box on our web forms, texting a specific keyword to our designated number, or providing your phone number to a Globixlab representative.
6. How to Opt-Out (STOP): To opt out, simply reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You may also reply STOPALL to cease all messages. Upon sending a “STOP” command, you will receive a final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

A Contract for Professional Digital Services
This Agreement governs the provision of all digital and technology services by Globixlab, a company registered in Pakistan, to you, the client (“Client,” or “you”). By accepting a quote or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Agreement and Services: Services offered include Website Development & Design, App Development, Multimedia & Graphics, Cloud Services, and Principle Services (IT Consultancy, Technology Strategy). Each specific engagement will be governed by a separate Project Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or Service Level Agreement (SLA) (the “Project Document”).
2. Client Obligations and Cooperation: The Client must provide all required content and approvals promptly. Failure to provide materials or approvals within a reasonable timeframe may result in project suspension. The Client must review all deliverables within the period specified in the Project Document (7 days). Lack of a timely response will constitute deemed acceptance.
3. Financial Terms and Payment: Fees, payment schedules, and currency will be defined in the Project Document. All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable Pakistani taxes (including Sales Tax, GST, or Provincial Taxes) unless explicitly stated. Invoices are payable within [15] days. Globixlab may suspend services and charge a late payment penalty of [5%] per month on overdue balances.
4. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Upon full and final payment, Globixlab assigns the IPR for the unique, custom-developed deliverables to the Client. Globixlab retains all IPR to its pre-existing materials, generic libraries, and proprietary tools (“Globixlab IP”), granting the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the Globixlab IP strictly for the operation of the delivered solution.
5. Warranties and Liability: Globixlab warrants that the custom code will function according to the specifications for a bug-fix warranty period of [60 days] following acceptance. Globixlab’s total cumulative liability to the Client for any and all claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Globixlab for the specific services that are the subject of the claim.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all shared business, technical, and financial information as confidential, except as required by Pakistani law.
7. Termination of Service: The Client may terminate a project upon written notice but must pay for all work completed, accrued expenses, and a reasonable cancellation fee. Globixlab may terminate services immediately if the Client fails to make due payments or breaches any material term of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation and, if unresolved, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

How We Use Your Personal Information: We use the data to Provide and Improve our Services (website development, app development, cloud management), Client Communication (updates, support), Marketing & Promotion, Security & Fraud Prevention, Legal & Regulatory Compliance (including PECA 2016), and for sending SMS Messages related to your account/service.
3. How We Share Your Personal Information: We will not sell your Personal Information. We share data only as necessary with Service Providers (hosting, payment processors), Business Partners, and Legal Authorities (if required by Pakistani law). SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security and Storage: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures. Your data is primarily processed and stored on servers located within Pakistan or in secure international data centers. We retain data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes.
5. Your Rights and Choices: You have the right to request access and correction of your data. You can opt-out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link. You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
6. Children’s Privacy: Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16.
